Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive financial operations including AP, treasury, fixed assets, inventories, and taxes.
• Oversee the preparation and review of monthly financial reports, audits, and tax filings.
• Provide regular financial performance analysis and data to senior management.
• Ensure timely preparation of management accounts and financial forecasts.
• Develop and monitor budgets, tracking performance against forecasts.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and statutory authorities.
• Plan and manage cash flow and banking facilities to support company operations.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and statutory financial requirements.
• Mentor and guide the finance team to foster skill development.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and additional duties as required by the CFO.
