We are currently looking for a Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive to join our team.

What You’ll Do
  • Full set of Account
  • Month End Closing including preparing JV.
  • Process and reconcile intercompany receivables and payables across entities.
  • Ensure intercompany balances are accurate and eliminate mismatches.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve any Interco issues before month-end closing.
  • Apply customer payments and maintain up-to-date account ledgers.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Assist in statutory reporting, tax schedules, and compliance-related matters.
  • Support audit queries related to AR, tax, intercompany, and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control, accounting policies, and system requirements.
  • Review tasks prepared by subordinates.
  • E-invoicing knowledge and submission.
  • Monthly Management Account preparation & BI-monthly custom preparation.
  • Monthly/ Quarterly/ Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
  • Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc job / project as and when required by the superior from time to time.
What We’re Looking For
  • Min Degree or professional in accounting or relevant qualification.
  • At least 3 years working experience in accounting or finance functions.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication for cross-functional coordination (finance, sales, tax, audit, inventory).
  • Strong knowledge in current accounting principles and guidelines.
