Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive to manage monthly accounting closing and financial reporting for multiple clients. This role is ideal for accounting professionals who enjoy structured financial work and are open to learning ERP systems such as SAP Business One or Sage 300.

High performers will have the opportunity to progress into an ERP Consultant or Business Analyst role, supporting system implementation, optimisation, and digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Core Accounting Responsibilities

· Handle full set of accounts including GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and fixed assets

· Perform monthly closing, accruals, journals, and financial schedules

· Prepare monthly management reports, P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards, SST, and statutory requirements

· Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and clients for accounting and reporting matters

· Maintain accurate documentation and accounting records

ERP & Process Exposure (Training Provided)

· Use ERP systems for accounting transactions and reporting

· Assist in system configuration, data validation, and month-end processes

· Identify process gaps and propose workflow or reporting improvements

· Support ERP consultants during implementation or enhancement projects

· Participate in ERP training, internal workshops, and client system reviews

Requirements

Mandatory

Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
