Job summary

Accounting & Finance Responsibilities
  • Monitor credit and ensure timely collection from debtors.
  • Perform reconciliations for banks, creditors, and debtors.
  • Ensure all payment records and amounts are accurate.
  • Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts.
  • Work with journals, sales & purchase ledgers, and spreadsheets.
  • Manage and maintain the SQL Accounting System (or similar).
  • Assist superiors with ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned.
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Assist in daily center operations and general administrative duties.
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems (manual or computerized).
  • Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities and business transactions.
  • Process and prepare documents, such as business or government forms and expense reports.
  • Record, analyze, and organize data for reports or management review.
  • Review files and records to obtain information needed for reporting or requests.
  • Perform general clerical work as required.
Job Requirements
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
