Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting position preferred.
• Must demonstrate strong skills in financial reporting and month-end closing.
• Must be meticulous and have excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in month-end closing activities for accurate financial reporting.
• Support preparation and processing of sales invoices in Accounts Receivable.
• Maintain consistency and compliance in recording purchase invoices in Accounts Payable.
• Help complete monthly reconciliations, matching invoices with payments.
• Provide support for General Ledger maintenance under supervision.
• Assist in preparing journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
• Support preparation of financial statements ensuring accuracy.
