Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Willingness to work on scheduled hours, shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Pleasant personality and proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Make journal entries in the HITS system for monthly accounts.
• Assist Finance Manager in finalizing monthly financial statements.
• Prepare audit schedules for financial statement items.
• Ensure accuracy of general ledger balances with sub-ledgers.
• Confirm stock take count before submission to Finance Manager.
• Compile monthly reports from various services for management.
• Perform cash counts twice daily and reconcile reports.
• Draft monthly financial reports for Finance Manager review.
• Liaise with external auditors and related parties.
