Job summary

A logistics and supply chain solutions provider in Shah Alam, Selangor is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts, process accounts payable, and prepare financial reports. Job description

As an Accounts Executive at LX PANTOS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in the company's Accounting and Finance team. Based in Shah Alam, Selangor, this full-time position will involve a range of bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities to support the smooth operation of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for full set of accounts
• Responsible to process and verify accounts payable invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors.
• Timely preparation of monthly management reporting, variance analysis, cash flow forecast and bank reconciliation.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
• Respond to payment inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal departments.
• Involve with month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accurate recording of payables.
• Assist in yearly audits, collaborating with internal and external auditors.
• Any other assignments as directed by immediate superior as and when required.
• Maintain organized filing of account documents for record-keeping.

What we're looking for

• Possesses at least LCCI certification, Diploma or Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in logistics industry
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and any accounting software
• Good command in English and Mandarin is essential
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy
• Deadline-driven and ability to work under pressure
• Strong sense of responsibility and work independently
• Preference for immediate starters
