A reputable automobile company is seeking an experienced accountant to maintain comprehensive financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and assist in financial matters. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in accounting, proficiency in SQL accounting systems, and strong skills in Microsoft Office. Essential qualities include attention to detail, strong communication skills, and an analytical mindset. Immediate availability is an advantage.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality on all matters and transactions within the account department and within the company.
Possess good knowledge on maintaining a full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
Handle invoicing/payment processing/petty cash/staff expense claims.
Good knowledge SQL accounting systems.
Maintain all the accounting record and filing system in proper manner.
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Words.
Assist in all financial related matters and any ad hoc projects as per instruct.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
