Job description

We are seeking an Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team at ORGABIO MANUFACTURING SDN. BHD. in Semenyih, Selangor. As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our accounting processes.

What you’ll be doing

• Journal entry for multi company
• General ledger maintenance and maintain all general ledger
• Preparing and processing account payable transactions
• Update unit trust and reconcile investment schedule monthly
• Perform foreign revaluation (Bank, AP and AR)
• Prepare Expected Credit Loss report
• Record acquisition, disposal, write-off and tagging
• Right of Use, Term Loan & Hire Purchase update and prepare schedule
• Capital commitments maintain and update schedule accurately
• Prepare tax computation estimate, liaise with tax agent and handle tax acquisition
• Liaise with auditor, sending all the documents need (MA & GL), confirm balances, checking A4 and draft audit
• Prepare Shopee & Lazada invoices weekly
• Submit Debit Note (Interco) and self-bill for individual payment
• Complete tasks assigned by CFO within deadline

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts or finance role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Min Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
