We are looking for a hands‑on Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts for our building management business. This role suits someone who is reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with day‑to‑day finance operations.
Handle full set of accounts and month‑end closing.
Prepare journals, reconciliations, and management reports.
Manage billing, receipts, and AR ageing.
Process supplier invoices, payments, and AP reconciliations.
Perform bank reconciliations and routine treasury tasks.
Support simple consolidation for group reporting.
Prepare tax schedules and assist tax agents.
Assist with SST data extraction and submissions.
Prepare audit schedules and support external auditors.
Use SQL Accounting System for postings and reporting.
Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance.
3–5 years relevant experience.
Experience with SQL Accounting System preferred.
Able to handle full set with minimal supervision.
Exposure to simple consolidation, tax, and SST is an advantage.
Good attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
Part time offer available.
