Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Handle a full set of account, accurate P&L, Balance Sheet and monthly management cash flow report.
• Handle payment, collection, invoice, delivery order, bank statement and liaise with auditor tax agent and bankers when necessary.
• Responsible for maintaining the accuracy while updating the account payable, receivable, etc.
• Any other duties assigned as and when it required

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in accountancy or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• At Least 1-2 years of similar working experience in the related field and can work Independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of computer software (Auto Count, Microsoft Works and Excel ).
• Pleasant personality, honest, responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
• Write and speak Languages English, Malay, Mandarin are highly appreciated.
• Prefer candidates that can speak fluent in Mandarin is an addedadvantage.
