Job summary

A leading accounting firm in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced accountant to manage full sets of accounts, oversee e-Invoice processes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires a Diploma in Accounting, with at least 2–3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office is essential. Applicants must be organized, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information. This position requires own transport and the ability to travel for work-related tasks.

Job description

Handle full set of accounts: Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliation, monthly reports, etc.

Manage e-Invoice processes and ensure compliance with LHDN requirements

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation

Perform general administrative tasks including filing, document handling, and correspondence

Liaise with suppliers, customers, and authorities when needed

Attend to errands and administrative matters outside the office when required

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related field

At least 2–3 years working experience in handling full set accounts

Familiar with e-Invoice requirements and accounting software (SQL)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Must possess own transport and willing to travel for work-related tasks

Well-organized, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
