A property management company in Selangor, Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Cum Admin Assistant/Executive. The role involves supporting accounting functions, maintaining records, and liaising with various stakeholders, requiring a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent and 1-3 years of related experience. Candidates should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. This position offers a dynamic environment and various administrative responsibilities.
Review and provide support for accounting functions such as accounts payable and receivables.
Verify calculations and input codes in to the Accounts system in an accurate manner.
To perform accurate data posting for journal vouchers, payments and receipts into the accounting system.
To maintain proper accounting records including bank reconciliation and documents control.
To liaise with auditor, tax agent, banker, government agencies, creditors and other related agencies.
Adhere to financial policies, procedures and related internal control policies.
To prepare monthly reports for management meeting.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting or part professionalqualification (LCCI or equivalent).
At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field will be preferred for this position.
Experience in closingfull set ofaccounts.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with staff at all levels.
High level of attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
Result-oriented, self-motivated and a team player who will be working in a challenging environment.
