Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts & Admin Assistant to join our growing team at SRE POWER TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. factory in Kulai Johor. In this full‑time position you will provide essential accounting and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Responsibilities
  • Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, payments and record‑keeping
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation using accounting software (SQL)
  • Collaborating with the external accounting firm to ensure efficient and effective processes
  • Assisting in the management of HR admin matters
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar Accounts & Admin Assistant role, preferably in the Accounting or Small Practice Accounting industry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
  • Proficient in using SQL accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
