Job Title: Accounts Executive / Junior Accountant
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: No. 4 Jalan Dewani 4, Kawasan Perindustrian Dewani, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare complete sets of management accounts for the company
  • Accurately enter and maintain all accounting data in the USB Accounting System in a timely manner
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure healthy cash flow
  • Handle full‑ spectrum accounting and tax matters, including timely submission to auditors and tax authorities (IRAS, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with all accounting policies, proper documentation, and systematic filing
  • Manage assigned banking transactions and reconciliations efficiently
  • Oversee accounts receivable aging, ensure accurate billing and timely collection
  • Assist with HR and general administrative duties when required
  • Participate actively in company events and activities
  • Undertake any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, LCCI, or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Candidates with experience in full sets of accounts will have an added advantage
  • Proficient in USB Accounting Software (or similar full‑set accounting systems)
  • Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and initiative
  • Meticulous with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good team player, positive attitude, and willing to participate in company activities
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
