Overview

SUKA Travel & Tours is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong numerical and organizational skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and a passion for supporting financial operations. You will be responsible for assisting in daily accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring smooth execution of our financial processes in line with the company’s policies and reporting standards.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Candidate must possess at least an LCCI Diploma, Diploma in Accounting, or Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Accounting & Finance or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
  • Computer literate and familiar with any accounting system.
Responsibilities
  • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including data entry, invoicing, payment processing, collection follow-ups, and maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Assist senior team members with accounting tasks, documentation, and financial reporting as needed.
  • Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Demonstrate good administrative, organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Support major travel fair events (twice per year). Allowance will be provided for event participation.
