Accounts & Admin Executive – Powering Caction’s Operations

Behind every company's smooth operations and sustainable growth story is a strong Accounts & Admin Executive. This role plays a vital part in ensuring Caction runs efficiently, compliantly, and with clarity. As Caction continues to grow across Malaysia and Southeast Asia, your finance and administration skills will help keep our operations running smoothly and well-organized.

You will support the day-to-day finance operations of the company — from issuing quotations, invoicing and payment follow ups to documentation for HRDC and internal records. Your work enables our teams to focus on serving customers and building great technology, knowing that the operational backbone of the company is well taken care of.

This role is ideal for someone who finds purpose in precision, organisation, and reliability, and who understands that good finance and administration work quietly powers long-term success.

What You’ll Do
Support Finance & Accounting Operations
  • Carry out customer payment follow-ups and support basic collections tracking
  • Perform accurate data entry and updates in SQL accounting software and internal systems
  • Prepare and organise finance-related documents for audits, HRDC submissions, and internal reference
  • Assist with HRDC claims preparation and submission
  • Draft quotations and renewal invoices in coordination with the sales team
Keep Administration Running Smoothly
  • Prepare, draft, and manage administrative documents
  • Maintain proper document filing and record-keeping, both digital and physical
  • Support general office administration tasks, including coordination with vendors and service providers
  • Assist with ad-hoc admin and operational tasks as needed to support the team
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounts, finance operations, or administrative support (SME experience is a plus)
  • Comfortable working with accounting software, spreadsheets, and structured documentation
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to follow processes consistently
  • Able to communicate clearly and follow up professionally with internal teams and customers
  • Reliable, responsible, and comfortable working in a growing company environment
