Qualifications

  • Experience in admin or clerical tasks is preferable.

Responsibilities

  • Process standard expenses such as rental, utilities, and telephone bills.
  • Handle data entry, including scanning and uploading invoices.
  • Update daily payment records in the system.
  • Input petty cash transactions into the system.
  • Create and manage customer return notes.
  • Enter new customer details into the system.
  • Record staff attendance and report to HR when required.
  • Assist with general office administration.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.

We are looking for an Admin and Accounts Assistant who is organized, reliable, and efficient in handling administrative tasks and supporting the accounts function. Key Responsibilities

Process standard expenses such as rental, utilities, and telephone bills.

Handle data entry, including scanning and uploading invoices for record-keeping.

Update daily payment records (cash/cheque) in the system to ensure smooth financial operations and avoid system blockages.

Input petty cash transactions into the system and handle data entry, including scanning invoices as required.

Create and manage customer return notes and ensure the return process is organized.

Enter new customer details into the system.

Record staff attendance, warehouse overtime, monthly allowances, and outstation driver forms, and report to HR when required.

Verify and input staff claims into an Excel sheet, create bank transactions for approval, and enter data into the system.

Assist with general office administration and provide support to other departments as required.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.

Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Education: Possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Diploma, or Graduate Diploma in any field will be advantage.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Experience in admin or clerical tasks is preferable.

Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.

Mature, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.

Knowledge of accounting is a plus.

Immediate availability preferred.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, from 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM.
