Responsibilities
  • Invoice processing on internal system
  • Data entry, scanning, filing and bookkeeping support
  • Credit control support and follow-up on outstanding payments
  • Bank reconciliation and basic account reconciliation support
  • Support month-end closing preparation
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients and third-party providers
  • Support basic admin and documentation tasks when needed
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar
