WINEPAK CORPORATION (M) SDN BHD' is seeking an experienced Accountant to join their team in Puchong, Selangor. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organisation within the Accounting industry.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing and analysing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards
• Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports
• Reconciling bank statements and managing accounts payable and receivable
• Providing support to the finance team and collaborating with other departments as needed
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

What we’re looking for

• Relevant university degree in Accounting or Finance
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Accountant role, preferably within the Accounting and Financial Reporting industry
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, standards, and best practices
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the team
• Prepare accurate and timely management accounts and ensure compliance with appropriate accounting standard and regulatory requirements.
• Manage day‑to‑day financial operations.
• Manage budget and expenditure and oversee requirements for the team.
• Liaise with auditors for statutory audit.
• To undertake other ad‑hoc assignments as may be required from time to time by the management.
