Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily data entry for accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in issuing and recording invoices, receipts, and payments
• Prepare payment vouchers and petty cash claims
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments on accounting matters
• Ensure all accounting records are up to date and accurate

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field ONLY
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience handling full set of accounts
• Proficient in accounting software (AUTOCOUNT)
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Job Details

Pay: Starting minimum RM 1,700.00 per month
