We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accurate monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
  • Perform account reconciliations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Assist in developing budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Regularly follow up with customers regarding late payments to resolve overdue accounts.
  • Work with auditors during financial audits.
  • Analyse financial data and offer insights to aid decision-making.
  • Maintain thorough records and documentation for all financial transactions.
  • Support payroll processing and related tasks.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Monitor cash flow and conduct bank reconciliations to ensure consistent funding for expenses.
  • Manage month-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
  • Streamline processes and enhance efficiency by recommending relevant technologies and platforms.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to local management.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by team lead.
Qualifications
