Job description

Prepare and maintain full set of accounts for clients (including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation).

Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and documented.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with MFRS/IFRS.

Support clients in budget preparation, cash flow management, and financial analysis.

Conduct statutory audits for a portfolio of clients in various industries.

Perform audit fieldwork including testing of controls, verification of documents, and analytical reviews.

Ensure compliance with approved auditing standards and regulatory requirements.

Prepare audit working papers and draft audit reports.

Identify audit findings and communicate them clearly to clients and audit seniors/managers.

Maintain good communication and relationships with clients.

Provide prompt responses to clients’ accounting, audit, and tax-related inquiries.

Coordinate with relevant authorities such as LHDN, SSM, and EPF/SOCSO when required.
