Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing merchants to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Support the onboarding process for merchants adopting omnicommerce solutions, ensuring a seamless transition and operational readiness.
- Provide continuous support and strategic guidance to help merchants optimize their use of available products and services.
Product Adoption & Optimization
- Drive adoption and effective utilization of solutions such as Dine-Out Deals, STO, Reservations, and other omnicommerce offerings.
- Collaborate with merchants to identify opportunities for improvement and growth using available tools and products.
Partner Engagement & Growth
- Cultivate and grow relationships with high-value partners, ensuring success and identifying potential expansion opportunities.
- Facilitate strategic initiatives and offer insights to support partners in achieving their business goals.
Data-Driven Account Strategy
- Leverage data analytics to enhance merchant performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Use Excel to consolidate, validate, and interpret data to support accurate and informed decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and product teams to enrich merchant offerings and provide impactful feedback.
- Participate in cross-departmental initiatives to support the overall success of omnicommerce strategies.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in account management, sales, or a similar role.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong ability to build and manage relationships with executive-level partners and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with partners at all levels and deliver compelling presentations.
- A collaborative and adaptable mindset, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to identifying business challenges and opportunities.
- Proficiency in Excel, including functions for data analysis, consolidation, and validation (advanced skills are an advantage).
- Effective project management capabilities with a track record of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to meet quarterly targets and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
