Job summary

A financial services company in Johor Bahru is seeking an experienced finance leader to manage cash flow planning, budgeting, and forecasting. This role requires at least 6–10 years of experience in Accounts/Finance and proficiency in group-level accounting. The position also necessitates outstation travel to meet clients and support business operations.

• Monitor and control monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts, ensuring timely reporting to management.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and reporting processes.
• Provide financial insights to management for decision‑making and business planning.
• Supervise and review the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Lead a team of accountants.
• Support outstation operations when required.
