As a key member of the team, you’ll be at the front lines—owning relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and crafting strategic sales engagements. You’ll help position Groundup.ai as a trusted partner while working closely with our engineering and product teams to drive impactful, data‑driven outcomes for our clients.

Sales and Business Development
  • Conduct high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute outbound prospecting strategies and campaigns.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities by studying industry trends and our service offerings.
  • Qualify prospects through discovery calls, needs assessments, and schedule meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Attend in-person or virtual meetings to pitch solutions and generate business across all Groundup.ai markets.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals tailored to each client’s industry and challenges.
Client Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary contact for new and existing clients, building strong and trust‑based partnerships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring successful onboarding.
  • Educate clients on the features and benefits of Groundup.ai solutions to maximize their adoption and ROI.
Strategic Account Planning
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts to foster long‑term relationships and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including product and engineering—to relay client feedback and advocate for improvements.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, forecasts, and client insights using CRM and analytics tools.
  • Track and report on sales KPIs, client health metrics, and retention data.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development (preferably in SaaS, AI, or industrial sectors).
  • A self‑starter with a growth mindset, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with mid‑to‑senior‑level decision‑makers across engineering, operations, and C‑suite levels.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and strong presentation skills.
