Job summary

A leading recruitment platform in Malaysia is looking for a Senior Account Executive to manage accounts and reporting at the corporate level. The role includes responsibilities like monitoring sales collections, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with various teams. Candidates should hold a Professional Certificate or equivalent and have 1-2 years of experience in Accounts, along with strong skills in MS Excel and computer literacy.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years experience in Accounts is highly preferable.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with operations and credit control team for collection process.
  • Check cash bank in slip, terminal sales slip & settlement slip.
  • Monitor daily collection for local and overseas sales.
  • Prepare weekly sales report for local and overseas sales.
  • Verify cash collection report from Logistic Dept. & Technician Dept.
  • Prepare monthly and yearly showroom sales report.
  • Support month end reporting analysis.
  • Perform other Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by management.

To checking of cash bank in slip, terminal sales slip & settlement slip for completeness.

To monitor daily collection for local and oversea sales.

Assist in prepare weekly sales report for local and oversea sales.

To check and verify cash collection report from Logistic Dept. & Technician Dept.

To prepare monthly and yearly showroom sales report and submit to Tenancy Dept.

To support month end reporting analysis to meet required deadlines and ensure all work in performed effectively and efficiently.

Any other Ad-Hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.

Senior Account Executive

Handle compilation of RNG group accounts and schedules.

Assist in compilation of information at corporate level.

Assist in reporting at corporate level.

Any other task assigned by superior.

Job Requirement

Candidate who possess Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma will be highly preferable.

Have at least 1-2 years experience in Accounts will be highly preferable.

Required skill, MS Excel and computer literacy.
