Our client is seeking a Account Executive/Senior Bookkeeper (Accounting) to join their team!
What you'll be doing?

Accountable for accounts: Prepare partial/full sets of accounts, ensuring accuracy and meeting client needs.

Submit tax returns: Handle SST/GST returns with the authorities, ensuring compliance.

Prepare financial statements: Assist in creating management accounts and unaudited financial statements on time.

Review workflow: Analyze current processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.

Ad‑hoc tasks: Take on additional tasks as assigned to support the team.

Who are they looking for?

Accounting degree: A Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent is required.

Experience: Minimum 2 year working experience in accounting (AR & AP); candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.

Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting standards, policies, and statutory requirements.

Software skills: Familiarity with professional accounting software like Xero and QuickBooks.
