Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Maintaining the full set of accounts, which includes preparing the journal entries and monthly accounts reconciliation for assigned entities. Preparation of all month end reports and ensure that they are accurately submitted to PERSOLKELLY
  • Prepare supporting schedules for the financial statements, analysis and reconciliation of GL accounts on monthly basis. Investigate unreconciled or abnormal transactions
  • Preparing the intercompany Tax Invoices and ensure Tax Invoices are being sent to intercompany on a timely basis
  • Compiling and ensure the intercompany transactions are collected and settled on a timely basis and withholding tax settlement, if any
  • Reviewing the reimbursement of the staff claims for assigned entities on a monthly basis
  • Submission of SST on a timely basis (monthly)
  • Checking the works performed by the Accounts Personnel to ensure that the works are being performed accurately and timely (AR, AP & CB)
  • Ensure that the documentations for the accounts department are being filed on time and in systematic order for easy reference
  • Any ad hoc reports as and when required in relation to assigned entities.
  • Assist the Senior Finance Manager / Finance Manager in the daily operations of Finance Department
  • Liaise with auditor and tax agent in relation to yearly audit, MRP, USGAAP and tax computation submission.
  • Preparing the documents for internal auditor
  • Ensure that collections are updated into cashbook and Accounts Receivables on a timely and accurate basis
  • Liaise with the company secretary in relation to resolution and liaise with bank on treasury matters.
  • Working closely with the regional finance team on the various monthly reports and ad hoc reports requested from time to time
  • Assist to monitor the banking facility. Ensure signatories are updated and authorities are in place.
  • Preparing the documents for internal auditor.
