Responsibilities

• Maintaining the general ledger
• Reviewing financial statements
• Preparing financial reports
• Assisting with audits and budgeting processes

• Assists accounts receivable
• Accounts payable
• Preparing purchase order and cheques payment to supplier.
• Payroll Staff – EPF & Sosco
• Petty cash
• Fixed Deposit - updates
• Financial reporting to Treasurer and Management Agent
• Attend residents in (if needed)
• Apply access card/ renovation/bbq
• Any complaints
• Assist building manager (if needed)

Qualifications

• Exposure to MC/JMB is an advantage.
• Min. Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
• Min. 2 years experience.
