Account Executive – Full Set Accounts | MRT Accessible (ID:690363)
Responsibilities
  • Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets in accordance with financial accounting standards.
  • Process payment and invoices for all sales transactions on weekly basis.
  • Process staff claims accurately and ensures timely reimbursement in line with company policies.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Handling e-Invoicefor transaction between suppliers & customers.
  • Handle inventory-related transactions, ensuring proper recording and reconciliation.
  • Maintain audit records, ensuring all supporting documents are properly filed and accessible.
  • Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring all accounting tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance with audit and tax requirements.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and excellent follow up abilities.
  • Ability to function as a team player and collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience in administrative or sales roles is a plus.
  • Detail oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS excel for data analysis and reporting.
