• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably in the Property Development / Construction / Real Estate industry.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full set account of the projects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Analyse financial statements and budgets for decision-making.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors and tax agents.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Prepare management account.
