Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Account/Purchaser in the construction industry, or fresh graduates welcome.
• Must possess a driving license as travel may be necessary.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ordering materials to issue Purchase Orders.
• Check and enter data for material consumption, tools, and machinery.
• Issue Delivery Orders and Invoices for material purchases.
• Stock check and report to superiors when office tools are insufficient.
• Arrange hardcopy documents for filing purposes.
• Assist superiors with accounts and purchasing.

As a relatively young organization to an experienced and strong track record of success, GRANBY has gained solid foundation in the Painting Industry. We specialize in Painting Works which inclusive of general painting, repainting, spray tile coating, spray granite coating, spray multi-colour paint, epoxy and PU floor coating, roof coating etc. Join our team and be a part of shaping the future of the painting industry.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in order material to issue Purchase Order
• Check and data entry for material consumption, tools, machineries for any projects
• Issue Delivery Order and Invoice for material purchase
• Alert, stock check and report to superior when office tools are insufficient
• Arranging any hardcopy documents for filing purpose
• Assist superior for account and purchasing and follow instruction as per given

What we're looking for

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Preferably minimum 2 years’ experience as an Account / Purchaser in the construction industry. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply too.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office application)
• Must possess driving license as need to travel outside when necessary
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure
• Proactive, able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
• Good command of English / Malay / Mandarin. Being proficient in Mandarin is an advantage
