A finance company in Malaysia is seeking candidates for accounting positions at both junior and senior levels. Responsibilities include handling full sets of accounts, ensuring month-end closings, and liaising with various stakeholders. Candidates with diplomas or degrees in accounting/finance are preferred, with communication skills and independence being key. Junior role welcomes fresh graduates while the senior role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience. Knowledge of MBRS and MIRTS is an advantage.
Handle full sets of accounts and ensure smooth month-end closing, timely preparation of monthly financial reports, and other finance-related matters.
Liaise with internal departments and external parties including vendors, company secretary, auditors, tax agents, and bankers to resolve finance-related matters.
Perform any other tasks or assignments as instructed by the Finance Manager
SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Preferably able to speak and write Mandarin due to job nature.
Willing to work at Bukit Mertajam or Georgetown .

Good communication skills, willingness to learn, and a positive working attitude.
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience and able to handle a full set of accounts independently.
Competent, well-organized, and able to meet tight deadlines and reporting schedules.
Knowledge of accounting principles, MBRS, MIRTS is an added advantage.
