  • Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; entry‑level experience is suitable.
  • Willingness to work onsite.
Responsibilities
  • Full set of accounts management: prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure proper recording, classification, and summary of all transactions in accordance with standard accounting practices.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and year‑end account closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Perform regular reconciliation of bank accounts, receivables, and payables to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
  • Independently manage accounting and management reports, ensuring deadlines are met with minimal supervision.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
  • Generate and analyze financial reports and statements.
  • Provide support in tax preparation and compliance.
  • Implement and maintain effective accounting systems and procedures.
