Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven ability to manage client accounts and build strong, lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; entry‑level experience is suitable.
- Willingness to work onsite.
Responsibilities
- Full set of accounts management: prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure proper recording, classification, and summary of all transactions in accordance with standard accounting practices.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year‑end account closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Perform regular reconciliation of bank accounts, receivables, and payables to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Independently manage accounting and management reports, ensuring deadlines are met with minimal supervision.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.
- Generate and analyze financial reports and statements.
- Provide support in tax preparation and compliance.
- Implement and maintain effective accounting systems and procedures.
