Account Executive

We are seeking a meticulous and dependable Account Executive to join our finance team. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid foundation in accounting. The successful applicant will be responsible for verifying financial transactions, supporting the e-invoicing system, managing accounts payable and receivable processes, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and verify e-invoice transactions for accuracy
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting files and documentation
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Perform basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Respond to internal and external accounting inquiries
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Handle monthly stock reports and participate in stock take activities
Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Prior experience with e-invoicing and accounting software (e.g., Autocount) is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
