Responsibilities include collaborating with teams for the collection process, ensuring accuracy in sales slips, monitoring daily collections, and preparing reports. Qualifications

  • Must possess a professional accounting diploma or equivalent.
  • Efficient in planning and execution of assignments to meet deadlines.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with people at all levels.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Must be able to speak Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with operations and credit control team for collection process.
  • Check cash bank slips, terminal sales slips, and settlement slips for completeness.
  • Monitor daily collection for local sales.
  • Assist in preparing weekly sales reports for local sales.
  • Check and verify cash collection reports from the Logistic and Technician departments.
  • Prepare monthly and yearly showroom sales reports.
  • Support month-end reporting analysis.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
