Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge in handling full set of accounts and preparing monthly financial reports
  • This role requires close coordination with our suppliers in China. Therefore, fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is required to ensure smooth and accurate communication
  • Proficient in SQL Accounting Software and WORKSY system for inventory and stock management
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in reporting
  • Detail‑oriented, responsible, and well‑organised in managing finance and stock records
  • Managing monthly payroll, wages calculations and ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements for workers and suppliers
