Qualifications

  • Capability of using MS Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

  • Manage bookkeeping, including journals, invoices, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in audits and tax compliance.

Job description
What you'll be doing

Manage bookkeeping, including prepare journals, invoices, billings, reconciliations and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including prepare Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) monthly reports and schedules as needed.

Assist in monthly, quarterly and yearly closing process and management reports, provide financial data and analysis to support management decision making.

Assisting in preparation of information required for audit and tax compliance.

Assisting in budgets, forecasting future financial performance, and preparing detailed financial reports.

Maintain proper filing of all financial and administrative documents.

Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

What we're looking for

2-3 years of experience in a similar bookkeeping or accounting role.

Technical accounting knowledge, with proficiency in the application of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations.

Knowledge in use of MS Office, MS Excel, accounting software.

Fast learner and willing to learn, possess good working attitude, attention to detail and able to work effectively in a fast-paced.
