Job summary

A reputable financial services provider located in Penang is seeking a qualified individual to manage Treasury and General Ledger duties. The role involves preparing financial reports and ensuring effective communication with suppliers and internal teams. Ideal candidates will possess a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, familiarity with AutoCount, and strong skills in accounts payable/receivable. The company values integrity, accuracy, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

  • Experience using AutoCount is required.
  • Strong knowledge in AP/AR, GL, banking & accounting principles.
  • Able to work independently with high integrity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Treasury & General Ledger (GL) duties.
  • Prepare full set of accounts and monthly reporting.
  • Ensure timely communication via Email, WeChat & WhatsApp.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Treasury & General Ledger (GL) duties
  • Prepare full set of accounts and monthly reporting
  • Prepare payments, invoices, bank reconciliation, accounting schedules & supporting documents
  • Draft official letters, forms and finance-related documents
  • Ensure timely & professional communication via Email, WeChat & WhatsApp with suppliers, customers, internal teams & management
Operations Support
  • Assist in freight, export compliance documents & procedures
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • Experience using AutoCount is required
  • Strong knowledge in AP/AR, GL, banking & accounting principles
  • Good communication, responsibility & coordination skills
  • Able to work independently with high integrity and accuracy
