Job summary

A financial consulting firm in Petaling Jaya is seeking an Executive to assist in handling full sets of accounts and support financial management tasks. The ideal candidate should have at least a Diploma or Degree in accounting or finance, along with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential. Salary ranges from RM 3,500 to RM 4,000 per month with a focus on Malaysians, especially females. Own transport is not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist Accountant by handling full sets of accounts.
• Support implementation and monitoring of e-invoicing systems.

• Record daily financial transactions.

Job description

Responsibilities

1. Assist Accountant by handling full sets of accounts, monthly closing & financial statement in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Support implementation and monitoring of e-invoicing systems as per LHDN requirements.
3. Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
4. Ensure timely preparation of payment vouchers and cheque issuance.
5. Record daily financial transactions including receipt, payments and invoicing.
6. Perform other ad-hoc task assigned by the Accountant.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.
2. Strong communication, organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Proficient in Microsoft office and accounting software. (UBS is a advantage).
4. Minimum 2 years of relevant finance or accounting experience.
