Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations including data entry, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all financial transactions.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders when required.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Requirements & Advantages:

• Basic knowledge of taxation (e.g., SST, corporate tax) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred (especially when working with Mandarin-speaking clients).
• Experience with accounting software such as SQL Accounting, Auto Count, SAP, or QuickBooks is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for junior roles.
