We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our growing team at TRANSCEND SOLUTIONS (M) SDN. BHD. in Klang, Selangor. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive bookkeeping and small practice accounting services to our diverse client base. This is a full‑time position that offers opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely bookkeeping and financial reporting
  • Prepare and file tax returns, VAT/GST returns, and other regulatory documents
  • Assist clients with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Liaise with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to provide excellent customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or small‑practice accounting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
