Job summary

A reputable financial services provider in Johor Bahru is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage daily financial operations, ensuring compliance and timely reporting. The candidate must hold a diploma in Accounting or related fields and possess at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Auto Count Accounting software and Microsoft Office applications is essential, alongside the ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin. Job description

Perform daily operations of accounting records and filing

Prepare cashflow accounts, monitor and handling collections and processing payments.

Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.

Liaise with auditors, company secretary, tax agent, bankers, officers of statutory bodies, etc on related matters.

To prepare and monitor financial activities (AR & AP) of the company.

To maintain detailed records of the company's day-to-day financial transactions.

Checking staff monthly claim & custodian of petty cash.

Take full responsibility for finance and accounting performance as well as monthly closing, ensuring timely reporting with respect of deadline

Involve in implementing of E-Invoicing

Perform ad hoc or other duties assigned by superiors

Job Requirement

Diploma holder or its equivalent in the field of Accounting, Finance, or other related Business Management field.

Preferably with min 2 years of working experience in similar field.

Experienced in handling full set of Accounts.

Proficient in the use of Auto Count Accounting software will be an added advantage.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words & Microsoft Power-point.

Able to communicate in written and spoken English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
