A property management company in Ipoh is looking for a dedicated individual to handle accounts and assist with admin tasks. Responsibilities include preparing monthly management accounts, processing daily transactions, and liaising with auditors and tax agents. Ideal candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office, possess good communication and interpersonal skills, and have basic bookkeeping knowledge. Experience in property development is a plus, but new candidates are encouraged to apply. Immediate starters preferred.
Prepare monthly Management Accounts and other management reports required by Management on timely basis.
Performs monthly close activities including accruals and vendor statement reconciliations.
Perform the day-to-day processing of accounts transactions.
To control cash flow, prepare monthly payment voucher.
Maintain proper filing system and ensure traceability of documents for Statutory Audit and Tax compliance purpose.
Assist on admin & HR Issue.
Support and participate in ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned.
To liase with auditor, tax agent and banker in ensuring proper account management.
Jobs requirement
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Mature thinking, dedicated, good communication skills, negotiation, and good interpersonal skill.
Resourceful and self-driven with a strong sense of commitment.
Whilst a degree is not mandatory for this position, but an understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills is required.
Past work experience in property development industry is an added advantage.
Candidate without experience is also encouraged to apply (On-The-Job training will be provided).
Able to start work immediately.
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (08:30-17:30)
