Newly Ten Food Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly capable Account Cum HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounting functions as well as supporting key HR activities.

What you’ll be doing

• Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and cash flow projections to support informed business decisions
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and processes
• Coordinate and administer HR tasks such as employee onboarding, payroll processing, benefits management, and record-keeping
• Support the HR team in areas like talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting and HR practices within the organisation

What we’re looking for

• Relevant degree or professional qualification in Accounting or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar Account Cum HR Executive role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
• Proficient in accounting software, payroll systems, and HR information management tools
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
• Familiarity with Malaysian accounting standards and labour laws
