Prepare daily, monthly, and annual financial statements.

Manage revenue recognition, payment collection, invoice processing, expense reimbursements, and payment operations.

Manage fixed assets and inventory assets.

Prepare consolidated reporting packages (in collaboration with Japan headquarters).

Accounting & Finance Operations

• Handle full‑set accounting tasks
• Prepare daily, monthly, and annual financial statements
• Manage revenue recognition, payment collection, invoice processing, expense reimbursements, and payment operations
• Manage fixed assets and inventory assets
• Support tax filings (corporate tax, consumption tax, etc.)
• Prepare consolidated reporting packages (in collaboration with Japan headquarters)

Treasury Operations

• Manage cash flow and funding activities
• Prepare balance sheets (BS) and profit & loss statements (PL)

Process Improvement & System Implementation Support

• Standardize and streamline accounting and finance workflows
• Strengthen integration with accounting systems, POS, and inventory management systems

Compliance & External Coordination

• Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities

Overall Cash Management

• Manage and operate various funds, including petty cash
• Oversee fund allocation and make necessary adjustments

Management

• Guide and develop accounting and finance team members
• Manage the team and improve overall operational quality

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience in full‑set accounting, including experience preparing or managing consolidated reporting packages.
• Experience in daily, monthly, and annual closing.
• Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements (BS / PL / CF).
• Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation (corporate tax, consumption tax, etc.).
• Knowledge of MFRS accounting standards.
