Job summary

A food and beverages company in Selangor is looking for an Accounting Assistant to assist with accounting and administrative functions. Responsibilities include processing billings, maintaining records, and assisting in financial account preparation. Responsibilities

• Will be assist of accounting & administrative functions which include processing billings and collections, preparing payments and official receipts, accounting journals, bank reconciliation, etc.
• To maintain proper and accurate filing of records and other documents.
• Record financial transactions in the company's account books.
• Assist in preparing financial accounts like P&L.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks when assigned.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced / Higher/ Graduate diploma, bachelor degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.
• Prior work experience in Accounting and finance will be an added advantage
• Required skills : Microsoft Office and Accounting Software, prefer SQL.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Damansara Perdana, Selangor.
• Possess own transport & willing to travel.
