Job summary

A financial services company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a candidate to handle daily accounting transactions, prepare financial reports, and manage invoices. The ideal candidate should have a minimum SPM or Diploma in Accounting or related field, and be proficient in MS Office and Excel. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and those who can start immediately will have an added advantage. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required.

Overview

Handle daily accounting transactions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Prepare monthly reports such as AR Report, Debtor Listing, and bank reconciliations.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax-related documents.

Responsibilities

Issue and manage invoices, official receipts, debit/credit notes, and payment transactions (cheque, online banking, TT form).

Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, leave reports, and staff claims.

Coordinate document dispatch, courier arrangements, and communication with customers or suppliers.

Support general office operations and assist in company events or staff activities when required.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

Proficient in MS Office and Excel.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia,

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive attitude.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
