We are seeking a talented and dedicated Account Assistant / Purchasing Assistant to join our dynamic team at Heritage Hotel Cameron Highlands. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing essential accounting and purchasing support to ensure the smooth running of our hotel operations. What you'll be doing

• Preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
• Maintaining accurate accounting records and reconciling accounts
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Handling purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing inventory
• Providing administrative support to the accounting and purchasing teams
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for
