We are seeking a talented and dedicated Account Assistant / Purchasing Assistant to join our dynamic team at Heritage Hotel Cameron Highlands. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing essential accounting and purchasing support to ensure the smooth running of our hotel operations. Situated in the picturesque Cameron Highlands of Pahang, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a thriving hospitality business.

What you'll be doing
  • Preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
  • Maintaining accurate accounting records and reconciling accounts
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Handling purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing inventory
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting and purchasing teams
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall business objectives
What we're looking for
  • Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
